I had a fantastic stay at Urban Hive! The dorm was clean and all to myself. The shower had great water pressure. The staff were welcoming and organized, and they spoke French too! The location on Long Street was bustling, but I slept peacefully. The bunk bed was well-made with unique stairs. The bar and balcony were perfect for people-watching. Room 13 was lovely. a short but happy experience.
100% Recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved the charm and character of the hotel's decoration. The Victorian-style architecture and vintage furnishings really made me feel at home. The communal areas were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax and socialize with other guests. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was impressive. The staff was always willing to assist me with any needs I had, and there were no issues navigating around the hotel.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to provide a bit more assistance in carrying luggage or helping with any physical tasks.

It had everything I needed to cook my own meals, which was convenient and budget-friendly. Lastly, the hostel had big balconies where I could relax and enjoy the bustling atmosphere of the city.
There was constant noise coming from the street and from other guests in the hostel, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the common spaces could have been cleaner.
